Description of practical training in Wetzikon:
SW developments and ERP implementation work for industrial and commercial companies
(for national and international customer projects).
The traineeship comprises an all-round field of activity involving corporate processes, and offers a broad spectrum for the gaining of experience in operational informatics, logistics and finance.
Ideal starting point for an introduction to commercial information technology. |

- Implementation of change requests (adjustments, new functions, etc.)
- Analysis, specification, implementation of simple processes
- Tests (own developments and cooperation in complete tests)
- Data migrations (via various systems and tools)
- Response to hotline cases (via telephone, ticket system/mail)
- Scripting for server (maintenance, monitoring, automation, etc.)
- Implementation of data links/interfaces between companies (B2B)
- Development of proprietary solutions within the ERP system

Requirements:
- Completed basic informatics training (2-4 semesters computer science)
- Object-orientated SW development (including tools)
- Relational databases (basics), operation MS-SQL Server
- Basic knowledge of economics
- Data structures and data formats
- Office-Tools
- Good language skills (German or English)

- Based on Microsoft (Windows, SQL Server, BizTalk Server, etc.)
- MS Dynamics AX (Ver. 3.0, 4.0, 2009)
- Morph-X (similar to C++) integrated development environment of ERP solution MS Dynamics AX

- Visual Basic
- Generally prevalent scripting languages (PHP, VBS, ASP, etc.)
