WIKA Systems runs an independent hotline/support organisation in order to adequately assist customers even after the implementation of our solutions, whether through questions about daily occurrences or through planned changes. Depending on the customer’s requirements, we apply varying response times in our services.
For the efficient processing of your queries you will work together with our helpdesk, where you can follow your request in comprehensible steps up to its settlement.
We also provide you with instruments to record your support questions as accurately as possible from the initial inquiry onwards. This facilitates fast recognition of the problem and avoids repeated follow-up queries.
Inquiries are dealt with by staff familiar with your installation.
