 IT strategy consultation

The general goal of information management is the ideal and economic utilisation of the IT performance potential in order to achieve the strategic corporate goals.
The economic and social corporate goals (overall concept, visions) define the strategy, taking into account existing and future resources.

The aim of the informatics strategy is to optimally support the strategic business orientation from an IT point of view. In the process, the IT strategy complies with the information architecture, which is based on the following three items:

  • Organisation model
  • Process model
  • Data model

IT project programme planning
From the IT strategy, based on the company strategy, we derive the informatics projects relevant to the process and system. The result is a programme that ideally combines the prioritisation and sequence of the projects to be executed. It is not absolutely necessary to install a programme for the whole company, rather the field primarily responsible for the realisation of the IT project should be clarified, and priorities correctly defined. On the basis of this work, the IT projects to be realised support the relevant business processes to the required extent.
